        尽管证据充分、指南推荐、医保覆盖，仍旧会有相当部分慢阻肺患者没有接受恰当的药物治疗;该研究分析出来的四个相关因素，除了痴呆之外，都有些小意外。

        和接受药物治疗相关的因素倒是都能理解：哮喘还是比慢阻肺更深入人心，专科医生更专业，肺功能检查后诊断慢阻肺更客观(具有仪式感)。

        这些因素对我们也有借鉴价值，可以考虑设计针对性措施以提高慢阻肺的规范治疗，比如在医生层面(特别是慢阻肺常见合并症那些科室的...中高年资医生)及公众层面普及慢阻肺知识、该做肺功能的都要做、慢阻肺老病人的持续宣教(冬病夏治存而不论，对于中重度慢阻肺患者，维持吸入药物的性价比委实挺高的)等等。
