        The Effect of Low Dose Corticosteroids and Theophylline on the Risk of Acute Exacerbations of COPD. The TASCS Randomised Controlled Trial.

        TASCS是第一项大样本研究低剂量茶碱口服治疗稳定期慢阻肺疗效和安全性的RCT，可以看到入组后三组患者在中重度急性加重方面都较入组前(0.7次)有减少，茶碱组的降低更为明显;尽管脱落率较高(26%)，且茶碱组对照安慰剂组在包括轻度AE的所有急性加重上没有显著性下降。另外，原文未见数据三组间支扩剂的使用情况，不能评价是否均衡。因此，笔者认为，低剂量茶碱用于慢阻肺稳定期无效，这个判断还不能定论。WHO的中低收入地区慢阻肺一揽子措施中仍把茶碱列为一个治疗选项WHO推荐的慢阻肺基本干预措施有哪些?，当然，这是没有长效支扩剂情况下的选择。
