舒尼替尼所致不良反应的处理方法

导读

口服酪氨酸酶抑制剂（TKI）疗法是肾细胞癌（RCC）治疗中的一大进步。目前有多种此类药物可选，其中使用最多的是舒尼替尼，可将无进展生存期延长至11个月。然而随着治疗时间的延长，药物副反应也增多，会降低病人的生活质量。因此，临床医师与患者都期待能够制定出一套监测、治疗和处理副反应的标准。虽然目前有很多医师在总结处理这些问题的经验，并提出了相关的建议，但这些毕竟只是单中心的经验总结，且有的医疗中心病例数较少。
