【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of motivation interviewing in the rehabilitation nursing of school-age children with traumatic fracture.MethodsOne hundred and six school-age children with traumatic fracture were randomly divided into two groups. Routine care and health education was provided in the control group(fifty-two cases). In addition,MI-based interventions were provided in the experimental group(fifty-four cases).ResultsThe patients' rehabilitation compliance in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsMI-based interventions can effectively improve the patients' rehabilitation compliance, promote the recovery of joint function, relieve the pain and improve the satisfaction of children and their parents.
