目的：探讨热敏灸疗法治疗虚症癃闭遗溺的临床疗效。方法：将47例虚症癃闭遗溺患者采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组22例以传统针刺百会、关元、三焦俞穴辨证治疗，治疗组25例进行热敏灸疗法治疗，3疗程后根据目视模拟计量表减分率判定疗效。结果：治疗组治愈9例，显效12例，有效4例，无效0例，有效率100%；对照组治愈5例，显效8例，有效6例，无效3例，有效率86.36%。两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：热敏灸疗法是治疗虚症癃闭遗溺疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective: Observe the clinical effect of the thermal moxibustion therapy for癃闭and遗溺.Methods: 25 patients who had been diagnosed as uroschesis or aconuresis were treated by thermal moxibustion therapy.When the treatment was over，Observe the effect by reduction rate of the visual analog meters.Results: The total effective rate was 100%, and治愈rate was 36%. Conclusion: The thermal moxibustion therapy is effective treatment for chronic fatigue syndrome.
