合理使用轻症急性胰腺炎评分
Lankisch et al1 should be congratulated for recently reporting their new clinical algorithm for the rapid initial stratification of nonsevere acute pancreatitis: the Harmless Acute Pancreatitis Score (HAPS).1 A negative score, based on the admission hematocrit, creatinine level, and the presence of rebound tenderness and/or guarding on initial abdominal examination, correlated with a nonsevere course of disease. The authors concluded that “HAPS may be able to detect those patients who do not require inpatient treatment at all, with potentially enormous cost savings.”
